Vanessa Moore Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Refunds: Refunds are only available if your item is damaged or lost during shipping.

  • Exchanges & Store Credit: For all other cases, we offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and free of any signs of wear.

  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please photograph both the item and the packaging immediately. This documentation is required to process an insurance claim.

Sizing & Returns:

  • Measurements: Please carefully check the measurements provided before purchasing. If you need help measuring yourself, contact us at info@vanessamoore.com.

  • Material Failure: If an item fails due to material defects within 30 days of purchase, we will repair or exchange it. The customer is responsible for return shipping, but we cover the shipping costs for sending the repaired or exchanged item back to you.

  • Exclusions: Items that have been mistreated, excessively worn, or damaged by the buyer are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Process: To initiate a return, please email info@vanessamoore.com with your order number and full name. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Shipping Information:

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are shipped from Montreal, Canada, within 1-3 business days. Custom orders may take 1-2 weeks to fulfill unless stated otherwise.

  • Shipping Methods:

    • We ship via Canada Post, USPS, and ASENDIA. Regular shipping includes insurance.

    • Shipping Times (Approximate):

      • Within Canada: 1-7 days, depending on the destination.

      • USA: 2 weeks or less.

      • International: 2-8 weeks. UK deliveries are often the quickest (less than 1 week), while Australia can take up to 8 weeks.

  • Customs Fees: We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.

Local Pickup:

  • If you choose the "PICK UP" option, you will receive an email or text message when your order is ready for collection.
